My professional life began in the clothing industry, where I owned and operated Trooping the Colour, an independent clothing store in Winnetka, Illinois, for over two decades. Through a focus on quality products and outstanding customer service, I cultivated a loyal clientele, setting the foundation for my approach in real estate.

Relocating from Chicago to San Diego in 2005, I assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Episcopal Diocese. This pivotal position allowed me to hone my leadership skills, overseeing operations, staff management, and strategic initiatives, including planned gifts and capital campaigns.

My tenure from 2014 to 2016 with a real estate investment firm further enriched my expertise. Serving as Channel Manager, I developed innovative funding strategies that harnessed the potential of future real estate appreciation, benefiting individuals and organizations alike.
